pie chart comedy
need help with pie charts?

if a pie chart showed fav genre of 90 girls
120 degree like Romance how many girls would that be
Also 72 degree like other
72 degreelike Action
60 degree drama
and 36 degree comedy
What percentage of girls like other
and what fraction of girls like comedy

A pie has 360 degrees all the way around. So just take the number of degrees you need, divide by 360 (the total) and multiply with the amount of girls. (in this case 90)

That would make Romance = (120/360) * 90 = 30 girls.
Other = (72/360) * 90 = 18 girls
Comedy = (36/360) * 90 = 9 girls.

Piece of cake isn’t it? I mean, piece of pie… =) Sorry ’bout that bad joke.
