I live in California; how can I contact a music publisher and a music promoter in Spain and/or Italy?

I have written a theme album entitled “A Portrait of Spain,” and the lyrics have been translated into Spanish and Italian. The American music scene is sadly lacking artists and venues for music of this caliber so I am attempting to reach the European market in order to find a promoter and a publisher who are interested in pop music written for an operatic voice. I’m in the process of writing a show built around the album. There will be spots for comedy, verbal intercourse with the audience, a back-up chorus, and flamenco/modern dancing. The music, lyrics in 3 languages, and arrangements are complete; the only thing left to do is record a demo CD. I would appreciate any and all referrals.
