Can i take any legal action against stolen comedy material?
2 months ago i met George Lopez in L.A and i asked if he could give me 5 minutes of his time so i can show him some of my material and to tell me how i can make it better.so i started with a Joke and added some hispanic catch phrases i had thought of days before.a month later i hear him on tv saying “Gacho” and “Pan Dulce” among other phrases i had added in my routine.it hurt me to see he had taken material out of my monologue because i saw him as an Inspiration and i looked up to him.what can i do about this?i don’t want any money i just want him to stop using my stuff.i have a note book and videos of me using the material he stole before he ever used on his show.
